Maren Waldman is a dance artist, educator, and entrepreneur who has studied the body in motion for over two decades. Maren is active with her current project, Postcards to the Earth (www.postcardstotheearth.com), and Global Water Dances, an international, biennial celebration of water through dance. Maren holds an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography with a focus on Somatics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, a BA in cultural Anthropology from Haverford College, and a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Finger Lakes Permaculture Institute. Maren has offered dance classes, private lessons, and healing arts to her communities since 2010. She is also a lead instructor of dance at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado.
