Olivia Blu is a singer-songwriter, agroecologist, seed saver and student of herbalism born and raised in Denver. Her songs weave scientific information and messages of social justice into poetry with the intention of provoking urgency and curiosity around issues such as climate change and gentrification. Olivia promotes practices of earth stewardship as a method to realize a relationship of reciprocity between humans and the earth, and also as a means to change a culture of consumerism which supports the degradation of human communities and ecosystems around the world.
